Ideal experience would be current experience as a futures broker and able to bring a book of business to the company, but will strongly consider a grain or energy merchandising background. An experienced futures broker or market adviser may be given some existing accounts and a draw of $80,000. You must be comfortable making presentations to owners and boards of directors, as well as giving market overview presentations to customers of your customers. Company will also consider a new college graduate, and will put that person on salary, not a draw, of $55,000 to $60,000 for the first two years. No restrictions on the markets in which you develop business, and commission income is unlimited.
